Captured this pair at Forsythe NWR (aka Brigantine) on a grey morning in February of 2017. They were coming in to join a large gathering of their peers. Full width except for slight rotation; added bit of canvas on top and cropped to pano.

I like that both birds are showing the same flight pose. Nice detail on both whites and blacks. I also like the BG which shows the birds nicely. It's a pity that the bird at the rear didn't have as nice a HA as the front bird.

I like the trees best of all. The two wing positions are not the same; the near wing of the rear bird is the spoiler as it is not fully extended (as it is with the front bird). Thus, the wing position of the rear bird is less than ideal

Finest of detail, great work on whites and blacks and shadow areas on this overcast morning, Bill. Like the degree of softness on the tall dead reeds, and the warmth of the entire background. Also like the approach positions of wings and feet. Very nice choice of crop.

Hi Bill, I surely like this image despite the second goose not being a "copy" of the one in front. I like the mood this evokes, the habitat, the exposure, well done!
