Yea, color, light, sharpness all look good. I agree that more space behind and below world really help. Perfect eye contact.

Very nice Jim.
I like the IQ and the sharpness is maintained through the entire bird.
I like your comp and did not even think it needed tweaking until above guys commented and I agree that it would be nice to move bird up and right in the frame.

I started work on this one on Monday night but got lost in a football game. I am fine with the original crop and would surely like the suggested crops equally as well. My problem is with the loss of detail in the brighter oranges. For the repost I ran NIK Detail Extractor on a Quick Masked selection of the too-orange area. I thought that it might be too much but is was not ...
