Beautiful shot of a hideous bird! The light and details are great. I might turn the whites down just a bit. They seem a bit hot now.

Pretty much perfect. The WHITEs are not overexposed but could use a bit more detail. I selected them and ran a 20% Linear Burn for the repost. Then I de-saturated the YELLOWs on the bill. Last was a crop to 3X2 for those who are not big fans of boxy crops. I think that the repost is more pleasing artistically and the IQ held up just fine.

Looking good Joe. Love the colours throughout the image. Nice detail with a great HA. Artie has done a good job on the repost, i like his chosen crop.

Pretty cool to see these up close! You had enough light, and the BG edistant enough, to stop down for more dof on this tight portrait. I love the face details, light, wet neck feathers. Artie's repost brings it up a notch as well.
