John:

I like the two chicks with the slightly different poses, colors on trunk and bg. Soft light. Shooting angle is good too.

The big crop has hurt the IQ some, and the bokeh of the bark is a bit rough in some areas.

Hi John, Boy I really like those house wrens on top of each other. I would encourage you to see if you can reduce the noise as this is a terrific image with some TLC!

Ahh, too cute! Depending what is outside of the frame, you could have them smaller in the frame, and lower. This may help with the IQ of the current large crop. Anyhow, I love the two little nestlings taking a peak at their future exploring areas.

Super John, if it were mine I would reduce the crop and slowly apply NR to the raw file just watch the subtle changes they sometimes take a second or two to render. Its a good shot worth spending a little time on.

Birds look sharp but they lack pop. Cropping in a bit might hep emphasize them, but you might
not be able to do it given the heavy crop already. Soft tones are nice.

I love the color tones of the nest tree. Again, I would suggest opening up the dark tones of the chicks. LMK if you need help or suggestions.
