A Ranitomeya imitator photographed near Chazuta, Peru within the foothills of the Andes Mountains in Amazonian Rainforest. This tiny thumbnail sized frog is non-poisonous but mimics the colors of poisonous dart frogs.

Details look good and focus is bang on the eye. Maybe just a little loser of a crop. Still pretty nice looking.

Hi Andrew,
Nice looking frog and also the leaf it is on - makes for a compelling image. Nice critical focus on the eye. Agree with John about crop - perhaps more on top and on right if distracting elements are not introduced.

I really like it, I also agree with a little more space around the frog I think this would help convey the diminutive size. Colour and detail spot on. Not really i mportant to me but you may wish considering eliminating the specular highlights on the left rear leg.

Thanks guys...much appreciated. I will address the secular highlights...looks like I missed a few :) Not sure if I previously cropped this one but will check...I have many many various images of this fella.
