Hi John, I like the warm light of the day and the overall framing, as you have perhaps just the amount of legs for it to work. I think you were at the right height too, being at eye level with the subject. I also like the light coming through the left ear.

However there are some concerns based on importing the image into LR:

1. The WB looks a bit off you want to sample on the bridge of the nose to try and get a basis for then adjusting, but there is a lot of blue which also needs removing too
2. DoF I think you need more as you were fairly close and although not ideal from the OP, nose to eyes looks soft? This could also highlight you need to adjust the AFMA which I'm fairly certain you will, where was the Focus Point?
3. The image looks sooty and the noise at ISO6400 is quite evident, what was the Exposure like did you lift the image? The image should be far better, especially with the Dynamic Range you have which is superb. You will be at least 2/3 of a stop more than you were with the 5D3. You need to get on top of this quickly John as your exposure will not be as good as they could be, keep checking that Histogram and enable Highlight alert.
