Cheers for that Bill, its not so much that I like them tight, but I'm not a big fan of pano crops, and I find with ducks etc on the water going loose means loads of negative space. I'd really like a compromise, but I'm not sure physics agree!

Gorgeous shot Mike. I love it. I would retouch the fluff on the bill, that's all. Not sure if it is necessary or not, it's a personal choice.

Beautiful light, shooting angle and details. I am fine with the crop as we get a really intimate looks at this stunner. Only thing I would do is clone out the dark area at the top lift of the frame as it pulls my eye from the beautiful goldeneye.
