Hey for bird photography you need a place where there is no or less population and peace of nature do try Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, Periyar National Park and Ross and Smith Island (http://mizarmonk.com/ross-and-smith-island/) these places are so beutiful and know for migrating bird ground in winters.
main season starts fro oct so plan accordingly.
