Very nice work Don! Good sharpness, exp, BG, and head angle. The only thing that I would prefer to see changed would be the perch coming out of the bottom left corner. If this perch was entering the frame an inch or so higher, I think it would be better, but Great Job!! Dan Brown

Don,
You have done a great job on the exposure and sharpness.
Beautiful clean background makes your subject pop.
IMO a "looser" crop would improve the overall composition.

Thanks for sharing,
James

Hi Din,

In art class they shy away from things popping out of corners because they emphasize the rectangular shape of the frame.
Having said that, nice image, would benefit from more room around.

I do not mind the placement of the branch coming from the llc but it being o-o-f is not a good thing. Other than a bit more room above and possibly behind, it is quite excellent: sharpness and EXP. Was this at a feeder?

YAW. Not taken at a feeder, then you are OK on the perch. :)
