Well timed, almost looks like he is balancing on one foot. Good colors, composition and exposure. Well done with that focal length hand held.

Happy New Year Arash! Awesome image, I like the one-footed grip. I'd be tempted to remove the detached "V" branch, but man yet another impressive bird of prey image.
