WD My book Hard drive problems

My Wd hard drive won't boot up. Tried a few different things. Can any one suggest sending it to good place to get my files back at a reasonable price.

Kevin -I moved your thread to the Photography Gear Forum where it is likely to get more views and where it belongs. The BPN Help Forum is for questions/problems about BPN. Can you tell whether it is the connection or if it is the spinning drive itself? Sorry, I don't have a specific place to recommend. I use redundant backups so that if one fails, I have everything in another place.

Thanks Rachel, I have been told it is a port issue. I have been meaning to back it up. Actually it was in storage and had no issues till I hooked it back up. Thanks for moving to the appropriate forum.
