Hi Juan. Looks like a small male. These are by far our most abundant shorebird. Was going to post a photo of one also but ran out of time. I like the action but wish you got one of the feet out of the water. Water droplets are always a nice touch. The shots needs a good amount of counter clockwise rotation. Something about the lighting just looks off to me. Can't place it. Did you have to push the shadows a bunch? Also all of the colors look too muted to me. I would also clone out all of the dark clutter on the right hand side of the bottom of the frame as I find it very distracting.

Although a raised foot would have been preferable I can live with it as is, perhaps due to the bend in the leg. I agree with Isaac about the rotation needed as well as the dark smudges being distracting. The falling water droplets are a nice plus. Always fun to photograph these little guys!
