Joe, I like the pose of this Limpkin, nice details and colors, HA and nice blue BG, my only nit is I wish there was a bit bore room on the left.

Another new bird for me Joe, so thanks for returning the favour. Tones, colour and detail on the bird look excellent here. The rest of the frame looks pretty good to although I wonder if this could be lifted by desaturating or darkening that part of the image a little relative to the bird - but only subtle so the great contrast with the bird remained. But minor point on what is an excellent shot of this bird.

Really nice image Joe... I like the raised foot, terrific HA and the perch frames the Limpkin so well. Nicely done. :-)

Very nice Joe, with great pose and POV. Lovely detail and colours and the BG shows it well. The leaves add.

Very nice. The bird was perfectly perched so that it balanced with the foliage. It was nice meeting you the day before; I should have some a day later :)

I like the composition you caught here Joe, with the cedar nicely framing the bird. f/11 gave you lots of DOF so you got the whole of the bird in focus, with good feather detail right along it's flank from beak to tail. I also like the softness ( don't know if that's the right way to express this impression technically ) of the colours, creating, for me, a sense of peacefulness in the image. The raised foot adds dynamism too.
