Not the prettiest birds, Joe but still a really nice frame in wonderful light. As usual, your rendering of colour and tone is really first class. Excellent detail (as usual) too. I also don't mind the fact that the birds are moving away from you. Leg positions are great and raised wings on the centre bird all add to this for me. The still, blue-grey water adds a nice dreamy element to this. Thanks for sharing.

Joe, I like these birds, nice details and exposure, looks like it might need a bit of rotation down on the left.
Color palate works really well.

This image really has life to it Joe. The lovely soft blue-grey of the water is a perfect setting for the creaminess of the ruffled feathers. The spread wing bird acts as a terrific centrepiece to the image and I really like the shading of the feathers from white to yellow-brown? It gives the whole thing wonderful depth. I often find reflections distracting but these work really well as a base for this trio. I think the full parallel ( well almost ) turn of the L-hand bird's head is an important element in helping us connect with the image.

Joe, I love this image. Wood Storks are my favorite so I'm a little biased. I agree with the comments below. Possibly a slight (2 degrees) rotation to the left. I love the LH bird eye contact as well as the center birds wing position.

This is just terrific, Joe. Lovely family outing captured beautifully. The light is wonderful and I especially like the water tone is a continuous grayish blue overcast reflection. Well done.
