benq sw2700pt Monitor - Yellow/Magenta Cast

Hi All,

Let me know if anyone is using benq sw2700pt Monitor. I recently purchased it and calibrated it using Palette Master Element Software with Spyder Pro Calorimeter. I feel that the whites have a bit yellow/magenta cast.

Can you guys let me know if you have the same issues ?

Do you know of any specific resources which I can use to debug this issue ?

Hi Don,

Yes, they initially asked to adjust picture settings which did not help.

They are going to replicate the item. Let’s see how it goes
