Another Tern image, same location as my last Tern, with a different pose, and a change of ISO.

Great image here Will. I have tried to capture these guys in S. California and they are tough. So many times you don't get the eye catchlight which makes a bunch of difference in the success of the image. You got it here. Love the pose and overall high key presentation. Nice and thanks for sharing!

I prefer this one to the previous as the file looks sharper and has more definition.
Tack sharp with a nice HA- what more can we ask for! Love the comp.

Another nice hi key shot. I like the pose and details look good. On my screen I see a very faint blue halo around the bird around the back of the tail and underside -- I'm not sure if thats just my computer though so apologies if it is! I like the subtle head turn. TFS

Sweet. Wonderful upwing flight pose, with just that slight twist toward you. Very nicely captured and presented.

I look at this again and it just gets better. It definitely belongs on the wall.

Coming in late here... another great frame Will. However, I did like your first post better. I think it must be the fanned tail in the earlier post and the overall shape the bird presents in that post which I found quite interesting. Current image is certainly beautiful too and a more classic pose though. As for your earlier shot, this one shows great detail and beautifully rendered.
