Hi Terry

I would have shot this about 15 minutes later when the sun was disappearing below the horizon. As it is I find the sun too dominating in the image, almost burns your eyes..Sorry!! Once the sun is almost or completely gone the DR becomes workable and you will have detail in the FG and better exposure of the lighthouse which is your subject while still maintaining good colour in the sky...The good news is I like the subject and the sky, image is sharp...Not sure about the FG..
