Hi Rachel, lovely 'hi five' and cute factor to boot!

The low angle and eye contact works, likewise the techs, nice DoF with the right SS. Light looks bright, but controlled, however for me the image has an even light across the whole capture and so I feel it lacks some depth. Just my take, but darkening the FG (the easiest simplest way), you begin to layer the image with more depth. Apply a Luminosity adjustment just packs in a lot more into the cub and creates more of a 3D feeling and helps that lighter area on the head and even a sliver of Saturation, but just a thought. but watch the shadows on the RHS of the face as viewed

Rachel,you are killing me with these cubs again I love it,more please. Rachel I like Steve's repost it's the depth it adds tonally . when I view one to the other your version looks slightly washed out by comparison.

Lovely shot Rachel, my first impression was that it was a bit lacking in contrast, seeing Steve's adjustments makes a positive difference, the bears appear more prominant in the image.
