Captured this image early morning at Nickerson Beach a couple of weeks ago as the two Sanderlings raced for this not so lucky sand crab. C&C welcome.

I like the setting, action, and composition with the breaking wave. Good crop as well. I do wish the second sanderling was more in focus, but understand that you were pushing the techs as is here. I think if the in focus sanderling was at a better light angle that would have helped. Super clean beach and I like the pray item. TFS
