This i like the in focus grebe with the out of focus one in the background is pretty neat. Those red eyes are awesome as well.

I am not sure about this one ,Tim.
You have a nice separation of the grebes and the front grebe looks great. I really like the hint of the underwater foot on the near grebe.
But... I wish the OOF grebe had the identical head angle as the sharp grebe.
The OOF grebe is larger than the sharp grebe and this makes the OOF grebe overwhelm the sharp grebe.
I would clone out the specular highlights on the OOF grebe as they catch the eye ,

I think this one would go into the 'frustrating' folder! The main Grebe is spectacular and I like the idea of the second Grebe, but unfortunately he does dominate the shot a bit too much with the size, the OOF red eye and the off-angle.

Thanks everyone you're right… I thought everyone would focus on the in-focus grebe and not so much on the OOF grebe.
Big glass tends to make OOF background images larger then they really are so this was a fail, but thanks. :)
