pied or white wagtail in Iceland

NW Iceland along a black sand beach, this passerine was scavenging for insects atop the dried seaweed.. He was at waters edge and also hawking flying bugs. I believe this is a female as her head and front bib was not black but grey.

Very nice, Ann! I like the fact I can view the feet but I think I can see some of the top and left cropped out a little bit.
