Come Just a Little Closer

I forget all the rules. This Photo was taken at the Alaska Game Sanctuary just south of Anchorage. if you are anywhere near it is well worth a stop. Thanks god there was a steel fence between me and this bear. I estimate he was well over 800 pounds and look at those claws.


I processed it using NIK Color Effects Detail Enhancer. D7200, f/8, 1/400, using my Tamron 150 - 600 @ 150mm, iso-1,000

Those claw are fearsome, and with you shooting at only 150mm it really was a good thing that the fence was secure. Great image and I really like the texture in the fur.
