On this one, I like the hair style and the type of fish he's caught... :)

What a great fish this tern caught! Very different than the usual and so good that the fish is facing the "correct "way.
Image is nice and sharp. Good wing position.
The light direction was against you here and this caused the whites on the rump to be blown out and the shadow across the neck.
But it is the closed nictitating membrane over the eye that is unfortunate. If you have the PP skills I would fix that.

Thank you Gail. This is another attempt in processing where I also took care of the closed nictitating membrane you had pointed out. Is this better?
