So I live in Jupiter Florida and when I first started taking images with a Canon Elan7 and slide film the lighthouse was a often a subject I practiced learning exposure on. In all the years I have shot it I never taken an image from this vantage point which is from a park across inlet looking west into the setting sun. This is my new favorite spot and I am just waiting for a epic sunset ti set the sky a fire and the best part its about 5 minutes from my house so no traveling hours to be disappointed when the color does not show.

Canon6D, 70-200 f/4IS at 155mm, f/11 at 4s, evaluative metered, ISO 400, tripod

A very nice scene Don with nice separation between the foreground rocky points. This scene does have lots of great potential that I am sure we will get to see variations of as the skies light up for you. It is nice to have destinations such as this so close to home that you can get to on a moment's notice when the conditions are just right.
