Nice work, Tomasz. Very interesting bird and perch. I might move the bird and perch slightly left so not as centered, just a personal preference as all cropping and composition is. Thank you for sharing.

What a great looking perch, and although much larger than the bird, I think it works well here. Love the pose and details throughout the image. BG finishes it well, and I like the POV.

Tom you are certainly delivering with these shots. That is one of the nicest images I have seen of a wryneck, did you bait it with mealworms or something similar to get it there?

Jonathan it's a matter of finding a one that reacts to the sound and then play sound for a minute or two. It usually lands on the ground first and then jumps to the highest perch available.

Another excellent frame Tomasz, great pose, BG perch and details. Love the moss on the perch, if mine I would clean up the whitewash on the perch
