Snow Goose

Several thousand Snow Geese were milling around on our visit to Forsythe NWR (Brigantine) in mid-February. This one flew by so close that I needed to add some canvas to the left, converting the full-frame capture to a pano.

D500, 500f4 + 1.4 TC, ISO 1600, 1/2000s @ f/8 manual. Gitzo and Mongoose.

Beautiful capture, Bill. Nice downward stroke of wings, fine detail and BG tones work very well split the way they are.
