From Bunche Beach several weeks ago.
D500, 500f4 + 1.4 TC, ISO 640, 1/4000s @ f/8 manual. Slight rotation and a bit of background cleanup.

White phase Reddish Egrets are such cool birds! Nice pose and slight head turn. Whites look good to me as well. I think the image could still use a bit more clockwise rotation. Also above the bird there is an odd curvy line that separates the darker and lighter area. Not sure if that is from cloning or what. I would fix that and use the darker area on the top right of the shot as my source.

Great shot, love the white bird on dark background. Love the intense hunting stare-down the bird is giving the water. Just needs a CW rotation as mentioned already.

Outstanding intensity captured, Bill. One can sense the slowest motion as he raises his foot. Great BG as well.

I finally got back to this one. It did indeed need some rotation.

Great image, the white is perfectly exposed, not easy to do with a dark BG too.
