Black and White Cormorants

I took this image last year at Green Cay, Delray Beach, Florida with the handheld Nikon D750 and AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm 1-5.6E ED VR.

I don't know what to think about this image and I'd like to see what you guys think. Was this a good idea? Any suggestions for improvement?

Cool looking image. You got good head angle.

This reminded me of and image of multiple Cormorants at Brazos Bend state park in Houston.

I like it Juan! The birds are nicely framed by the tree, and the tree fills out the frame nicely, and balances the image in the frame.
