Nice job Julie! I've not really tried my hand at flowers, but you've got great colors, DOF and comp here with the bloom off center. Nice soft light too with great details in the petals. There's a BG stem running through the petals at the 6 and 8 o'clock positions, but I suspect it's trickier than I know to get everything in it's absolute best position. I wonder if you bracketed your shots how much difference that would make in BG vs keeping the entire flower within the DOF?

I too love it but would get rid of the BG vine/stem running through the petals (they are a huge pain in the a**).
