Canon 7D2, 70-200 f2.8 IS II, 1.4x TC III
ISO 400, f11, 1/800s, HH

These butterflies have striking underwings as you can see here. Unfortunately this flower (zinnia) was quite tall and I was not able to get more of the top of the flower head in the image - I typically like to include more of it.

A beautiful, sharp subject giving you a great pose! I like the slightly lower shooting angle on the flower (totally not a problem for me :S3:). I also like the comp and clean background. Very nicely done!

Great composition love the detail of the butterfly and also the detail between the petals and stem of the zinnia.

Stunning colours and superb composition, Allen! Sharp, and nice detail where needed. BG is lovely, helps the butterfly stand out so well.
