That looks pretty darn decent to me! You did a great job of exposure as I know from experience they tend to be white hot in places. Love the composition, too. You've got him flying right past us!

Congratulations, I have tried this but never got one so good. Exposure and DOF look good. I admire your patience.

These are indeed a challenge and will try the most patient photog! I like the comp.

A couple of questions on the processing side of things,,,,,,,,Was a blur applied to the background? The edges of the df look a little hazy all the way around. Also I'm always curious about the amount cropped from the original frame.

Nicely captured on the DF. Does appear to be a bit of a halo.......nicely captured of one very tough subject.

Great image Stuart, DFlys in flight are great! I really like the cool blue and gray tones.

The artifacts appear to be NR masking problems I would guess.

So where is Centurion Stuart?

Very nice capture with razor sharp details and vibrant color tones and hues. The subdued pale background makes him stand out...excellent...:cool:
