Yellowstone or Yosemite in Winter??

I am looking to go to Yellowstone or Yosemite in January or February 2018. Can anyone advise of a good guide or workshop? Or any to stay away from? Or even any advice on going on my own?

Also check out Dale Franz who posts here on BPN. I went with him in 2015 to Yellowstone in the winter. He lives in Cody and is extremely knowledgeable about both Yellowstone and photography.
