I persist with posting shots taken in the midday sun! These lovely small terns have a subtle rose colored infusion through the breast plumage.

Colin your persistence as paid off with this one,nice catch lite in the eye ,breast and under wing feathers look excellent ,I understand how difficult it is in the light you get but must say you nailed this one.
