Captured this image of an American Robin in Dec. of 2013 between a local canal and lake. Robins were gathering the last remaining berries of the season on this wild shrub. C&C welcome.

D3S, Nikon 500mm + 1.4 TC, 1/500s, f 6.3, ISO 800, Gitzo tripod, Wimberley Gimbal head.

Geoffrey very nice natural colours on the bird and an interesting feeding pose,would have been nice to get all the bg being that oof tree,but hey! we can't have everything we would like.Think all those berries just add that nice splash of colour to the image,very nice piece of work.
