Russian Onion

I took this photo last week in Milford Michigan. The leaf on the left reminds me of the Onion domes of Russian architecture. I took the picture with a Canon 5D 28 - 300 mm lense. Since it was windy I took it at 800 ISO, F32, and exposure at 1/3 of a second. I was using a Manfrotto Tripod with a Nikon Polarizer.

Gordon that's a great image! Very nice compo, DOF, details are all sharp. I really love the light/shading on this as it drags your eyes throughout the image.

Wonderful shades of a all the rich greens. DOF gives this one almost a 3D appearance. There is certainly a lot of things to see within this one.....terrific.
