The use of flash is almost imperceptible, I really like it, the DOF is good but I would suggest without the TC i.e. at a lower mag there would have been a better DOF. Colours and exposure great though I would consider lifting the dark area of the head just a little. I like the background with just a little tonal variation - very pleasing to the eye.
