Sanjeev I like the nice simplicity of this image,bird looks very good with very natural colours including the blue eye stripe which can sometimes look a bit odd,tiny nit but I would try to remove the bits of oof twigs just to the left of it's tail.

nice pose, I like the BG, I agree with removing the off twigs in the LLHS, The OOF perch becomes a bit distracting, especially the broken end. I'd try to sharpen the areas close to the birds a bit at least
