Photo Recovery Programs???

What are you all using for photo recovery? Arash recommended Rescue Pro. An online search brought me to Wondershare. I was trying to find out if it is compatible with OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 so I did lots of searching for phone or e-mail support. I wound up finding a page filled with complaints about folks unable to reach them by phone or by e-mail or via their support page.

So I would like to look elsewhere for an easy to use program from a company that offers tech support by phone :)

I bought card rescue when I need to recover files about 8 months ago. It seems to still work with 10.11.6
