Lots to like here. First of all, what a fun and unique pose! You have lovely BG colors and a lot of feather details here.

This is a lovely image.
I think the IQ is excellent. BG is very nice and compliments the bird well.
Great pose.
I think I would increase the exposure by about 1/3 of a stop and reduce the sharpening slightly. Seeing some crispiness along the edges.

Beautiful image Ritesh, lovely pose and colours throughout. I too think perhaps a little oversharpened.
