Gorgeous shot, great sharpness and clarity. Love the vertical aspect of her flight. The canyon wall attracts my attention for some reason. The light colored seem by the lower wing is quite obvious but I don't know why the red colored walls garner my attention.

Very cool Jim! Love the aggressive screaming pose this female is giving you and the details look fantastic. Looks like f5.6 covered the bird from beak to feet. Like the fact that you got both eyes lit perfectly, and with catch lights. The sun angle was perfect. Well done. BFAM

Awesome light and super dynamic pose Jim love the BG. I feel the image can benefit from reprocessing, namely finer sharpening and some NR on the BG. Wish I was there! maybe next year!

Fantastic capture but I don't think the image quality/processing isn't up to your usual very high standard, is it quite a large crop?

I applaud the technical skill required to get this bird on an incoming flight pattern. Amazing it is sharp at 1/1600. Well done.
The sun angle is perfect and love the vertical pose.
I have to agree with Arash that the processing seems a bit off. The details seem "crunchy".
The BG is distracting. I would desaturate the red a bit but I think that I mind the black squiggly line to the left of the bird the most. I would evict itas
it really pulls my eye away.
