Love the colours and setting but it looks grossly over sharpened, it also looks "noisy" - probably the sharpening, there are also some cloning errors bottom left.

Well spotted Jon

Posted wrong one again!, Cloned out name in wrong place and re sized for the site in bi cubic- not bi-linear !
Shouldn't be noise at that ISO- even on my gear ! The apparent sharpness on the leaves is the finely pimpled surface that these plants have. Just noticed the middle bit of the main leaf is not sharp anyway.
Cheers

Repost better - dust bunny just below centre on the RHS, still have some reservations over sharpening it is looking gritty in places.

A very nice flower which I have never seen before, John. If it is oversharpened, I only find it troubling on the second leaves from the right side of the frame.

Like the light and details. Agree with above comments. RP looks better. I would remove the spot at the right side. TFS.

Cheers,

Lily of the Valley is one of my favorite "smelling" flowers and I have not smelled any for a long time! Good comments above. What about a tighter vertical crop on this to give more prominence to the blossoms. The bkgd and large green leaves vie for attention.
