After I micro-adjusted my 600II/2X III TC with my new 1DX Mark II and gave it a trial run I was pretty much astounded by the results. Never before had I been able to follow flight and action at 1200mm... Looks great Artie, especially for 1200mm. The ahead angle on the screaming gull looks perfect and the Pelican doesn't look to amused. Well done and I really like the one with the gull on his head!! Se ya soon

I can't help but wonder if there is a slight blue cast/perhaps a tad cold??

Well, the water is blue, but the brightest WHITEs on the gull's neck and the top of the pelican's head all show the R and G values 10-15 points higher than the B values. So I would have to say emphatically, no blue cast :) a
