This Image was shot on sea shore at Bolivar Peninsula, TX. This was shot during rainy day just after severe Thunderstorm. Beach was completely flooded and I saw lots of Sanderlings scouting for food.

I used Skimmer Ground Pod to get really and close to the subject.

Good job of getting low, using the skimmer worked well for you here. Nice, sharp bird image with a fine clean background. Unfortunately, this little fellow is looking away from you so the head angle is not very good. I also think this is underexposed which makes it dark, flat, and it also has a blue cast. All easily fixed in PS.

Hi John,

Thank you for the feedback. Yes I agree it has blue cast. I made the necessary corrections in the Lightroom.

The RP is nicer in terms of the overall look, but unfortunately you can't change the head angle.

Shame, as I like the low POV and the 'dreamy' look,

Mike

Repost is much better, I agree on a better head turn....
