Hi Richard,little nit but even with a set up I think I would try to hide the seeds a bit better,I think and just a real personal thing I would try to catch the bird before it got the seed. Think the feather detail and sharpness on the bird is great,nice interesting perch and a good smooth BG finishes it off very well and makes a very nice solid image.

Wonderful feather details and creamy background. Overall framing is nice. I agree with Keith about not having the seeds showing......

I agree about the seeds. I should try and set up situations where they got spots to land where the seed isnt. Thanks for the comments.

Richard it looks like the sort of perch where a little cup feeder attached to the back of the perch might work,just a thought.

I brighten the eye some and took out some seeds. This is the look I should be trying for. Does this look better?
