Error Message When Replying to my Post

I started a new thread in the Gear forum.

Somebody tried to reply, but they kept getting this message:

The website keeps throwing an error trying to reply to you. error: You have reached the maximum number of posts (0) allowed in a -1 minute period for this forum.

I'm assuming that error is to the person trying to reply, due to his BPN status?

Doug - not sure who it was or what their status is. I was able to post a reply to your post in Gear.
