This was captured at the same place as my previous image, the LTD. A young Goldeneye this time. Thanks for the suggestion, for the title, Daniel :w3

Blue title works on this Will, the water is lovely and nice detail on the bird, did wonder about a tiny bit off the top but the more I look perhaps leave well alone, Nice work.
PS I bet it's cold in a hide up in Scotland.

Keith.

Will I like the image the colours are great and I like the pose, but I think it needs a little more pop - or "thrutch" as my grandpa would have said! I used a little tonal clarity on the dark and it made a big difference, I think there are a number of ways of giving it a tad more pop eg selective colour, curves..... and maybe a tad more sharpening. WDYT?

Thanks for the comments Keith, yep bloody freezing, but the alarm is set for 0530 tomorrow morning, and back to the loch.:S3:

Hi Jon, thanks for that, I will give it a go

Lovely shot Will. The bird and the blue are very comfortable together. I'm wondering what kind of phase angle you had - whereabouts was the Sun in relation to the bird?

I like the HA, visible foot and composition wise I would take a little off the top as well. Nice image Will.
