Great pose and habitat. I might tone down the whites on the shoulder and brighten the BG a little bit. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Nancy,
I wasn't going to comment on the whites.......as I'm unsure of my laptop...........but since Axel mentioned it.......it does look a bit hot on them.............very nice flight angle.......maybe a vert comp..........might be worth exploring.

Thanks Axel and Roman. I thought about the whites after I posted and went back and did turn them down a bit. I will give the vert. comp a try.

Very much like the composition as posed but agree that the whites do look a tad hot. Nice timing Nancy on this flight image and I love the open wing span. Thanks for sharing.

Those Spoonies against the mangrove are a tough act to expose. Repost is certainly a great improvement, Nancy :)

Thanks Fabs!:) I started from the beginning and brought my NEF into NX2. I have found the new version of NX a great improvement, especially in working with these kinds of issues.

Beautiful work, Nancy. I love the inclusion of the habitat. Makes for an excellent image. Good job on toning down the whites a bit.
