Hi Jim, I love the lighting, wing position, composition, background, and processing. I would not change a thing, except for what seems to be a dust spot above the center of your name ;)

Very nice Jim. The BG colour shows off the bird very well. Lovely wing position and details

Excellent pose, killer sharpness, nice light and eye contact. The comp is just right for my taste as is your bird placement.
Lovely DIF, Jim

Nice flight pose, colours, comp. Good background too. I usually prefer a bit more shine to the speculum, but that is the light angle you had.

Nice frame, Jim. Study of the frame reveals some nice detail (droplets on his belly). I always appreciate when viewing an image and things like that catch my attention.

Hi Jim, you have nailed the flight pose here - perfect wing position. Love the exposure on the head showing up the green sheen. The Mallard pops nicely from the water BG. Well captured.
