Love this species. Very sharp. Sweet setting. Too dark overall, too high in the frame, and a bit too tight. All addressed in the re-post. a

Super image, Lorant. Great light and nice sharp detail. Like the puffed out feathers.
There is a small soft spot diagonally up and to the right of your last name.

Excellent image which is further improved my Arthur's RP. I like the puffed out feathers which show lots of detail. I also like the low shooting angle and the clean oof background. It could be just my eyes but I feel that the head could benefit from a touch more sharpening.

I, too, love this species. This is nicely captured, and the bird stands out beautifully against the graduated bg. I'm ok with the tonality, although a bit more brightness doesn't hurt. And the extra room at top helps too. The repost exhibits poor IQ, presumably a result of reworking the jpeg.

Hi Lorant.
IQ is great. Wish you had been a bit higher to show the feet but like the low POV very much.
I agree the shooting conditions appear to have been a bit dark and agree with Artie's idea of making this a bit brighter,

Excellent image, love the ruffled feathers, sharpness and layered background. Composition wise Artie's repost is better.
