Mineral Mining at Dusk

Hi,

Not many large mammals to speak of here in Florida so I figured I'd pull one out of the files from last year.
Pictured here is an African Elephant mineral mining at dusk, taken at Chobe National Park in Botswana.
Go easy this is a conversion from film. It prints quite nicely.

You have captured interesting elephant behaviour in nice lighting here Chad. I like the framing and the 2nd ellie does not distract IMO, but actually compliments the scene. I agree with Steve that the first ellie may need some sharpening to make this pop.

Nice light and mood. Agree with the others about sharpening. I like the one in the BG, its almost like a reflection.
